Fr. Fleury, as he likes to be called, was born in the capital city of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRCongo) on July 2, 1982, son of Mikado Lunimbu (died on July 2014) and Vinda Antoinette. He is the brother of many sisters and brothers.
He did his primary and secondary schoolwork in Kinshasa. He joined the Society of the Divine Word in 2003. From 2005 to 2008 he studied Philosophy in Saint Augustine University of Kinshasa, and received a BA in Philosophy. From 2008 to 2009, he did his novitiate work in Bandundu Town DRCongo where he made his first Vows in the Society of the Divine Word on July 22, 2009. From September 2009 to June 2010 he studied English as the Second Language in Nairobi Kenya. From August 2010 to January 2015 he studied Theology at Tangaza University College in Nairobi Kenya and received a BA (focus in pastoral of Communication) in Theology. From June 2012 to 2013, He did his Pastoral Year in the Catholic Mission of Tumikia in Bandundu Province, Kikwit Diocese, DRC.
Fr. Fleury made his final vows on August 2, 2014, Eldoret Diocese was ordained a Deacon on October 11, 2014, Nairobi Archdiocese at the Divine Word Parish and was ordained a Priest on May 10, 2015, Kinshasa Archdiocese at the Mary Auxiliary Parish, DRC.
From May 2015, Fr. Fleury was appointed as the Associate Pastor at the Church of Blessed Sacrament – Our Lady of the Divine Shepherd.

Angela Patterson is the head secretary for the church.She’ve been with CBS-OLDS for four months now. Prior to being here, she was, for 18 years, an office manager/executive assistant/receptionist for one of the largest lawyer-lobbying firms in New Jersey. She is married to Paul Patterson, a long-time parishioner and she is the mother of two grown sons and one grandson.

Director of Music:
Rupert Emmanuel Zawheagwa Peters, a native from Rivercess, Grand Bassa County Liberia, West Africa. Rupert inherited his musical talents and gift from his Grandfather, the late Judge Nathaniel K. Hodge. He began playing piano at age 6 and was encouraged by his mother Mrs. Benetta H. Peters to serve the church. Later in his teens, he served as accompanist for his High School, Joseph Jenkins Roberts United Methodist School. At age 15, he was appointed as Assistant Pianist at the St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Monrovia, Liberia. During his summer vacation, he helped out in the Music Ministry at the St. Pius X Parish in Harbel, Margibi County, Liberia. He also served as accompanist for Cuttington University while in college.
In 2005 he relocated to the United States where he was trained to play the Pipe Organ and Hammond Organ by Mr. Arthur D. Griffin, Jr at the First Baptist Congregational Church of Chicago, Illinois. He served the church as Assistant Organist from 2005 -2007.
Rupert later resettled in Trenton, NJ was appointed as Senior Organist for the African United Methodist Church where he served diligently for three years. In 2010, he was appointed as Music Director at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament-Our Lady of Divine Shepherd, Trenton NJ. The music ministry has three dynamic choirs namely: The Traditional Choir, Adult Gospel Choir and Youth Gospel Choir. Due to the diverse congregation, he has taught his choirs music in different languages and African dialects such as Portuguese, French, Ibo, Swahili, Zulu, Twi, Kru, Bassa etc… As young and energetic as he is, he remains stern and firm in his Roman Catholic faith.
